She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mazey and Edith Mazey (Burkett); and her daughter Lisa Renee Beltz. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Lee Beltz; her son Ronald Lee Beltz (Jen Price); and her sister Helen Campbell (PJ).
