He is survived by: his wife Carol Plowman (Richardson); his children, Thomas (Ellen), Darryl of Altoona, PA and Rhonda Ugoletti (Mario); his grandchildren, Andrew (Jessica), Matthew, Allison Foust (Adam), Leah Plowman (Ryan), Spiardi, Lexie Plowman of Baltimore, MD and Olivia Plowman; and his brothers, Richard Plowman (Kathleen) of Vintondale and Kenneth Plowman (Nancy) of Vintondale.
