She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Power and Elizabeth M. Power (Slayne); her sisters, Regina (Leyden), Frances "Frankie" (Healy) and Betty Ann (Schwarz); her husband William J. Barnhurst (Bill); and her grandson LCpl Eric W. Herzberg.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Barnhurst Robinson (Steve), Peggy Goodfellow (Pat), Regina Barnhurst, Douglas Barnhurst and Bernadette Martin (Jack); her grandchildren, Allison, Erin Barnhurst, Patrick, Colin, Liam, Tiernan, Evan, Mairead Goodfellow, Matthew Herzberg, Katie H. Miller, Brendan, Mary Martin, Christopher and Peirce Robinson; and her great grandchildren, Cali and Summer Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Chestnut Hill College Griffin Fund will be appreciated by Bernadette's family.
