She is survived by: her children, Lisa Murphy, Horace Johnson IV, Stephen Johnson (Demetria) and Jody Herr (Brian); and her siblings, Donna Triozzi, Michael Stephano and Denis Stephano. She is also survived by grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
