He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Watts and Teresa Watts (Whitman); his son Gregory V. Watts; his former wife Eileen O'Toole; and his siblings, Edwin Robert Watts, RoseMarie Watts and Jerome Watts.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Watts (Kerns); his children, Dana Crouthamel (Josh), Nick Kerns (Monai), Alexandria Watts and Jeffrey Watts (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Charley Crouthamel, Garrett Crouthamel, Lana Kerns and Lane Kerns; and his siblings, Bill Watts, Kevin Watts (Karen), Madelyn Watts and Brian Watts (Marianne).
