She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kovatch and Margaret Wade (Young); her husband Frank Falk; her siblings-in-law, James G. Peirce, Jr. and Marcia Peirce Smith; her husband Samuel Smith; and her siblings, John Kovatch, Rosemarie Kovatch and Joanne Grabowsky (late Jack Grabowsky).

She is survived by: her husband Donald Oluf Peirce; her sister Virginia Falk; her brother-in-law David Peirce (Emma); and her family, James Falk (Jean), Kimberly Carr (Thomas), Diana Zimmerman, Daniel, Rebecca Peirce and Christina Cavanaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Joyce Arleen Peirce to St. David's Episcopal Church, 763 S. Valley Forge Rd, Wayne, PA 19087.
