She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth E. Seltzer, Charles S. Seltzer, Jr., Peter D. Seltzer (Cheryl), S. Pennell Seltzer (Kellie) and Douglas E. Seltzer (Donna Laubach); and her sister Emily Damon Williamson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
