She is survived by: her siblings, John Kostyk (Darlene) and Nancy Bouchelle (Donald); and her nieces and nephews, Constance Whitesel (Gerald), Donald Bouchelle Jr., Derek Kostyk (late Heather), David Palio, Laura Kostyk, Dawn Robitshek (Mike) and James Kostyk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Sylvia's name to Our Lady of Peace Church, 208 Milmont Avenue, Milmont Park, PA 19033.
