He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McCullough and Edna McCullough (Johnston); his wife Merle McCullough (McCann); his son David; and his brother Warren.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Sharon), Mark and Matt (Cheryl); his daughter-in-law Debra; and his sister Lois Alexander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
