He is survived by: his parents, Gregory J. Hammer of Whitehall and Melissa A. Hammer (Laky) of Walnutport; and his brother Logan M. Hammer of Walnutport. He is also survived by his basset hound, Chief; and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. (327 Chestnut St, Coplay, PA 18037). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brubaker Funeral Home (327 Chestnut St, Coplay, PA 18037).
