She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad L. Nicholas; her parents, John Hvazda and Catharine Hvazda (Grammes); and her brother Melvyn C. Hvazda. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy A. (John H. Lacey) of Allentown and Crystal L. Nicholas (Anthony J. Shostak) of Greene, Maine; her grandchildren, Oskar N. Shostak and Una I. Shostak; her sister Rosemary C. (William H. Muffley) of Statesville, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Gregory Hvazda, Marjorie Haley, Richard Hvazda and Sabrina Muffley.
