He was predeceased by: his wives, Dolores Lentz and Janice Herzog; and his parents, Palmer O. Lentz and Alberta A. Lentz (Haydt). He is survived by: his children, Randy Lentz (Kaye), Gary Lentz (Janet Green) and Lori Ronald; his stepchildren, Robert Herzog (Tina), Todd Herzog (Nikki), Brent Herzog (Katherine) and Tami (Donald Wassum); his siblings, Col. Jon Lentz (Georgetta), Lucie (Rick Fuson) and Linda (Jack Brown); and his sister-in-law Bonnie (Tom Schwartz). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
