He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Neustadter (Rex); his parents, Conrad Neustadter and Ann Jane Neustadter (Williams); his son James C. Neustadter; his brother Donald Neustadter; and his stepbrothers, Charles and Oliver Shoemaker.
He is survived by: his children, Brian R. Neustadter (Joan) of Reading, David O. Neustadter (Dawn) of Walnutport, Suzanne C. (Mark Parmer) of Topton and Marianne L. (Donald Prince) of Whitehall; and his daughter-in-law Rita Neustadter. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
