With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen M. Sommer Jr. of Walnutport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Sommer (Heckman); his parents, Stephen M. Sr. Sommer and Hermina Sommer (Sommer); and his siblings, Hermina, Rose, Elsie and Freda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra (Glenn Parry) of Selbyville, DE and Donna Sommer (Mark Ellis) of Alburtis; his grandchildren, Jessica Kern (Ryan), Joshua Parry (Dawn), Emily Ellis and Reed Ellis; his great grandchildren, Ariel, Leyla, Zoey, Jocelyn and Taylor; his great great grandchildren, Mayson and Kinsley; and his siblings, Joseph Sommer and Mary Ann Knoff.
