Emma Frances Leighty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Frances Leighty of Waltersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph and Lillian Dannecker (Nedley); her husband Russell W. Leighty; her sister Loris Stewart; her children, Joseph R. Leighty (Karen S. Joyce) and Meucci (Joseph R. Jeffrey); her grandson Josh Leighty; her child Kelly Leighty (Jarrod); her great grandchild Xavier; and her brother Joseph Dannecker. She was also cherished by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Emma's name to The Pleasant View Presbyterian Church 533 Royal Road Smock, PA 15480.
