He was predeceased by : his father Jeffrey P. Lease; and his aunt Donna Hartzell. He is survived by : his mother Patsy McKinney Stoops of Wampum; his fiancée Desiree McQuiston of Wampum; his daughter Louise K. Lease; his stepson Kaden McQuiston of Fombell; his mother-in-law Darlene McQuiston of Fombell; his brothers-in-law, Joshua, Justin and Timmy McQuiston; his uncles, Ken Hartzell of Ellwood City and Doug McKinney of Ellport; his aunt Louise McKinney of Ellport; and his cousins, Kaitlan McKinney of Ellport and Amy Sechrist of Mechanicsburg, PA..
