She is survived by: her children, Charlie Hilliard of New Castle, Katie Hilliard of Gates, NC, Andy Hilliard (Jess) of Rutledge, TN and Jan Plaugher (Danny) of Richmond, VA.. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
