She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred E. Sr. Shanholtz and Helen A. Smith Shanholtz; her son Michael J. Sabino; and her siblings, John, Thomas, Wilfred Shanholtz, Nancy Johnson and Barbra David.
She is survived by: her daughter Joey K. (Sabino); her son-in-law William Phillips of Monessen; her son John W.; her daughter-in-law Michelle Sabino of Wampum; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Jo Phillips (Noah Quatro) of Monessen, Sydney R. Phillips of Monessen, John Michael Sabino of Wampum, Joseph and Nicholas Horinka of Koppel; her great grandchildren, Bella, Octavia and Nicholas Horinka; her sister Margaret J.; her brother-in-law James Bullock of Concorde, NC; and her brothers, Robert G. (Etta Shanholtz) and Douglas G. Shanholtz of Canonsburg.
