She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Eckart and Myra Eckart (Slusser); and her brother Dean Eckart. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Harter Sr.; her children, Robert E Harter, Jr. (Melanie) of Nanticoke and Erica D. Pyzia (Edward) of Wapwallopen; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Olivia, Trentyn and Miranda; and her siblings, Toni Rehkop of South Carolina, Dorothy Spaide of Louisiana, Terry Eckart of Danville and Arthur "Billy" Eckart of Danville.
