He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood "Arlo" Howell and Linda "Dean" Howell; his grandparents, Fred, Helen Hinckle, Easton "Red" and Maxine Howell; and his brother Kenneth Wade Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Howell of Warfordsburg, PA; and his brother Kevin Howell (Elena) of Smithsburg, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
