Dere of Hancock, MD and Nicolas S. Dere of Hancock, MD; and his sisters, Tina Smartt (Chris) of Needmore, PA. and Susan Trainor (Rick) of Needmore, PA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the funeral home to defray funeral costs.
