He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Kenneth D'Amico (Mary Ellen), Kathi D'Amico, Steve D'Amico (Dana) and Brian D'Amico (Sandy); his grandchildren, Claire, Anna, Giuliana, Katie, John, Bella and Lucia; his great grandchildren, Luciano and Sloane; and his son Anthony.
