He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Caputo. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Mooney Caputo; his wife Renee Forte Caputo; his children, Nicole Allen (Ed) and Benjamin Caputo (Shannon Discher); his grandchildren, Olivia, Joseph and Luca; and his siblings, Dan Caputo (Margie), Bob Caputo (Colleen) and PattiAnn Caputo (Sis). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
