She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Closeme and Alice. She is survived by: her husband Joseph V. Plakis, Jr.; her children, Rebecca Caldwell (Keith), Victoria Molloy (James), Cynthia Sirmons (Kevin) and Joseph Plakis (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Emily, Isaac, Avery, Joseph, Reid and Jocelyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Last Chance Ranch, 9 Beck Road, Quakertown, PA 18951, in Tina's name, supporting the rescue from which she adopted her four-legged companion, Daisy.
