He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGinty and Anna McGinty (Woodring); and his brother John McGinty. He is survived by: his wife Gail McGinty (Stokes); his daughters, Kelly Quaile (Scott) and Megan Taylor (Mark); his grandchildren, Shannon Quaile, Maura Quaile, Cassidy Taylor, Brooke Taylor, Darcy Quaile and Garrett Taylor; his brothers, James (Ann), Dan (Ruthie) and Matt McGinty (Terri); and his brother-in-law Scott Stokes (Carol Anne). He is also survived by his daughters and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Church (605 W Street Rd, Warminster, PA 18974).
