She was predeceased by : her parents, Simon Joseph and Helen Marie Fagan; her husband Phillip "Russ" Hetzel; and her daughter Theresa. She is survived by : her children, Martha Ann Goodwin (Fredrick), Diane McLaughlin (Joseph), Phillip Hetzel (Seanne), David Hetzel (Margaret) and Matthew Hetzel (Karyn). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
