He is survived by: his wife Anne Crompton; his mother Joan Crompton; his brother Gary Crompton (Maryanne); his children, Jeff (Jen Crompton), Jim (Bernadette Crompton), Justine (Chad Towarnicki) and Jerry "Little Jer" (Kait Crompton); and his grandsons, Tim, Henry Jay, Jeffrey, Finn and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jerry's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
