He is survived by: his wife Eileen Evangelista (Duross); his children, Thomas Joseph Evangelista (Amanda), Colleen Shirk (Blaine), Robert Evangelista (Natasha Pickett) and Michael Evangelista; his sister Marie Simaitis; his grandchildren, Giada, Anthony Evangelista, McKenzie, Emily Shirk, Abigail, Sarah and Paige Barats; Carolyn Barats. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
