She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Pergolin (Jack); and her daughter Mary Jo. She is survived by: her children, John A. Pergolin, Jr. (Toni), Meg Ferry (late Owen) and Michael A. Pergolin; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Timothy Pergolin, Maura and Caitlyn Ferry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
