She was predeceased by: her husband Desmond F. Preedy; her parents, Joseph DiValerio and Caroline DiValerio; and her sisters, Caroline Morabito and Julia Conicella.
She is survived by: her children, Francis (Debra), Theresa Rakszawski (Joseph) and Robert (Barbara); her grandchildren, Paul Rakszawski (Karen), Matthew Preedy, Megan Preedy (Mark McLaughlin), Philip Rakszawski and Mark Preedy (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Peter, Matthew, Hannah Rakszawski and Eve McLaughlin.
