She is survived by: her brothers, Peter and Thomas Brooks (Mary); her children, Cathleen, Ann Patrice (Paul), Michael, Kevin, Christine (late Robert) and Daniel (Piyumika); her grandchildren, Stephen, Caitlin, Lauren (Mark) and Michael (Ashleigh); and her great grandchildren, Vincent, Isabella, Luna and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Mary Patricia's memory to St. Joseph Church, 1795 Columbia Ave, Warrington, PA 18976 and Little Flower High School 1000 W Lycoming St, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
