He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Spinosa (Leary); his parents, Philip Spinosa and Elsie Spinosa (Silvestri); and his brother Anthony Spinosa (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his children, Philip Michael, Jr. (Jackie), Julie Anne and John Anthony Spinosa; and his sisters, Angela Riggs (Joe) and Donna Spinosa Krebs (Bill). He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (856 Euclid Ave, Warrington, PA 18976). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Phil's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
