He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McGinty and Bertha McGinty; his former wife Anna; and his son Anthony C. McGinty. He is survived by: his wife Margaret R. McGinty; his son Robert S. McGinty (Mary); his granddaughters, Maria McGinty Ferris (Bryan) and Elizabeth McGinty; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Chloe.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schneider Funeral Home (431 N York Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. John Neumann Cemetery (3797 County Line Rd, Chalfont, PA 18914).
