She was predeceased by: her husband Edward P. Costello; her parents, Gustav Check and Henrietta Check (Lotz); her siblings, Laura, Charles and Walter; and her son John Moffett.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Bound, Deborah Carels, William Moffett (Brenda) and Richard Costello (Renna). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (5194 Cold Spring Creamery Rd, Doylestown, PA 18976). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
