She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ellsworth and Mabel Keefer Wolfgang; and her siblings, Thomas Eugene Wolfang, Albert Wolfgang (Bub), Larry Wolfgang, Shirley Swab and Dorothy Sabat.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanna Phelps (Stephen) of Warren; her granddaughters, Addison Grace Phelps, Elizabeth Maelee Phelps, Stephanie Phelps, Bonnie Young (Sam) and Angela Phelps; and her sisters, Patricia Stevenson of Oil City and Judith Wolfgang of Warren. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
