She is survived by: her husband William Victor DeVlieger of Warren, PA; her sons, Carl Lee DeVlieger and William Shawn DeVlieger; her daughter-in-law Sara Jeanne DeVlieger (Yehl) of Warren Pa; her grandchildren, Nevaeh "Jacky" DeVlieger, Cassadi Bergquist of Warren, PA, Kari Smiley of Erie, PA, Jess Smiley, Michael Smiley of Union City, PA and Brandi Kerstetter of Mill Village, PA; her great grandchildren, Conner Kerstetter, Elyssa Smiley, Destiney Elder, Samuel Elder, Jessie James Smiley, Shawn Smiley, Luke Bergquist, Teagan Bergquist, Jaxson Bergquist, Aiyanna Nowacki, Zaylan Klein and Asher Klein; and her great great grandchild Journie Jean Wilt.
