Wencil Howe; his caregiver Mary Riel (John) of Warren; his sisters, Jennifer Bupp of Tidioute and Deedra Rizor (James) of Ned; his nephew David Bupp (Amber); his great-nephew Robert (Kelsey); Madison. He was also cherished by several aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of God (1111 Madison Ave, Warren, PA 16365). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
