It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Glenn Ruby (Warren, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Ruby and Bethel McCoy Ruby; and his brothers, Terry Ruby of Warren and Paul Ruby of Erie. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ruby (Young); his daughters, Heidi Ann Bastow of Warren and Heather Ann Ruby (Matthew Jenkins) of Warren; his stepdaughters, Jennifer of Warren and Lori Willings of Warren; his grandsons, Brad Bastow (David) of Wisconsin, Justin English of Warren, Matthew Porter of Warren and Arlo Jenkins of Warren; his siblings, Mickey Ruby of Warren, Brenda Nuhfer (Randy) of Youngsville, John Ruby of Warren and Beth Boyd (John) of Erie; his cousins, Milton (Champ), Linda Goerlich of Warren, James (Jimmy), Susie Vitez of Warren, Craig Tipton and Larry Armagost (Lou); his pets, Whiskers and Toby; and his nephew Georgie Biehls of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Darrell's life will be held at the convenience of the family, those wishing to donate to help defray the cost of his funeral may do so through Peterson Blick Funeral Home, 1003 Pennsylvania Ave East, Warren Pa.
