He was predeceased by: his father Donald Gerald Eldridge Jr.; and his brother Mark Eldridge. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Shine Eldridge; his siblings, Tina Phan (Shadi) and Scott Eldridge of Warren, PA; his nephews, Anthony Eldridge, Dang Phan and Tai Phan; his great-niece Isabella Eldridge; and his great-nephew Parker Eldridge.
