It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Charles Smith (Warren, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas C. Smith Sr. and E. Lucille Morrison Smith. He is survived by: his children, Amy S. Bernhardt (Randy) of Jamestown, NY and Scott D. Smith of Pinehurst, N. C.; his partner Beverly Himes; his grandchildren, Dustin Bernhardt (Brianna), Teresa Greenstein (Jonas) and Kristine Smith; his great grandchild Harper Greenstein; and his brother James Smith.
