He is survived by: his children, David H. Rulander of Warren and Helen J. Rulander of Clarendon; his brothers, Curt Rulander of Scandia, Fred Rulander of North Warren and Lester Rulander of Davey Hill, Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Jason Robert Rulander of Warren, Daniel J. Rulander of Clarendon and Alesha; and his close friend Peggy Hoover of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
