She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Mead and Margaret Mead Sr.; her husband Howard Johnson; and her sisters, Joanne Mead and Kathren Mead.
She is survived by : her siblings, Bonnie Mead and Leonard Mead Jr.; her sister-in-law Amy Mead; her nephew Zachary Mead; and her niece Olivia Mead.
Memorial donations may be made in Janet's name to the Otterbein Global Methodist Church, Pittsfield, PA.
