She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Swartwout and Claudia Baker Swartwout; her spouse Jerry L. Rexford; her brother Charles Swartwout; and her great grandchild Abel Mackey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Webb of Erie, Cathy Caruso (Glenn) of Glenshaw, Barbara Mackey (Ed) of Lewis Run, Jackie Dodge (Wayne) of Easton, Janell Stephens (Phillip) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Teri Rexford of Warren; her sister Gail Hewitt (George) of Goose Creek, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Trudy Swartwout of Olean, NY and Gene Rexford (Priscilla) of Franklin. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Janet's memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
