With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan V. Brown of Warren, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2026 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Williams Edwards and Ruth Edwards; her granddaughter Miranda Y. Tarbox; and her brother Dale Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Joseph L. Brown Sr.; her daughter Teresa Tarbox of Sherman, NY; her grandsons, Daniel K. Dunmor (Cindy) of Gowanda, NY and Andrew Baribeau of Brocton, NY; her stepchildren, Christine Pierce (David) of Grant's Pass, OR, Joseph L. Brown Jr. (Stephanie (Quinn)) of Vancouver, WA and Rev. Jonathan Brown (Sharon) of Savannah, GA; and her nephews, Scott and Victor Edwards of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren.
