It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Cristea of Warren, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simion Cristea and Joan Cristea (Bugenhagen). He is survived by: his wife Linda Cristea (Work); his children, Cristopher Cristea (Karrie) of Warren, Melissa Hale of La Grange, GA and Sebastian Cristea (Heather) of Youngsville; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jordan Cassie, Lauren, Maggie, Arbor and Aspen; his great grandchildren, Emma, Avery, Fox and Charlie; and his sisters, Cathy Anderson (Glenn) of Youngsville and Nancy Hammill of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's name to the Shriners Childrens Hospital, 1645 West 8th St, Erie, PA 16505.
