She was predeceased by: her father Walter Main; and her husband Larry Johnson, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Walters (Thomas) of Irvine and James Main of Pittsfield; her nephews, Tom Walters and Andrew Walters (Leslie); and her great-nephews, Wyatt and Charlie.
Memorial donations may be made in Kay's name to the Struthers Library Theater, 302 West 3rd Avenue, Warren, Pa 16365.
