We announce the death of Kenneth Charles Wagner of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 88. Kenneth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William Wagner and Florence Madeline Wagner; his siblings, Arthur David, John Robert, Sherry Wagner and Betty Anderson; his nephews, Danny and Duane; Mary Ella.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ella; his siblings, Butch, Barbara, Donna and Marie; his nephew Douglas Wagner; his niece Debbie Hilyer Haley; his son Kenneth C. Wagner II (Lara Louis Acosta); his grandchildren, Amilyn Elizabeth Wagner and Mason Isaiah Morris; and his stepchildren, Mark Riddle and Lecia Farr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Yancey Funeral Services (378 Charlie Brown Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Eddie McMahan Cemetery (100 Crushing Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714).
