The memory of Marlene J. Roth of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her children, Scott Holmquist (Le Ann) and Kimberly Earle (William); her mother Martha "Tummy" Johnson Hoover; her former husband John Holmquist, Jr.; her brother-in-law Martin Hand; her parents-in-law, Edward and Hazel Roth; her aunt Thelma Nelson (Eric); and her friends, Georgeann Wickham (Bill) and Jackie Lundmark.
She is survived by: her aunt Catherine; her husband John C. Roth; her stepson Kristofer Roth (Norman); her grandchildren, Amanda Holmquist, Marly Schnabel (Addie), Ty Holmquist, Tage Holmquist, Ryan Earle (Alicia), Nikki Earle (Chris) and Michael Earle (Hayley); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Myra, Chase, Eleanor, Caroline and Rhett; and her sister Betty Hand.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Busti Cemetery N. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kiantone Congregational Church (646 Kiantone Rd, Jamestown, NY 14701).
