Confer of Warren, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Confer and Madalyn Lyons Confer; and his wife Carolyn Heverly Confer. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Confer (Judy) of Warren, PA and Gregg Confer (Kate Sekely) of Hop Bottom, PA; his grandchildren, Rachael Hopewell (Robbie) of Knightdale, NC, Nathan Confer (Tracy) of Seattle, WA, Reed Confer (Sierra) of Jim Thorpe, PA, Fielding Confer of Boston, MA and Paige Confer of Warren, PA; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Barrett Hopewell and Zara Confer; his sisters, Marguerite Davidson and Harriet Wolfe (Bonnie); his siblings-in-law, Rachel McFarland and Rich McFarland; and his siblings, Martha Confer, Mary Shiner, Betty Watson, Lois Lucas, Joyce Hahn, Bernice Graybill, Ronald and Herbert Elwood.
