She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alden and Mary Ragland Parker; and her siblings, Jackie Rudrud, Harold and William Parker.

She is survived by: her children, Anna Licia Gaskin (Tom) of Warren, PA, Victoria Lynn Willson (Brooke Willson) of Glen Allen, VA and Eric Jonathan Barger (Shirlyn) of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren; four nieces and three nephews.
